Google Android Phone Prototype Surfaces

At the Mobile World Congress, the formerly 3GSM Google Android Mobile will be displayed on a Texas Instruments-powered headset. TI, one of the many manufacturing company, is one of those manufacturers who supports the Linux-based platform and the first to show a functional model to the public at the telecomms trade show.
This November, the Google Android Phone got an iPhone-like thrill since its original announcement and is a step closer with actual handsets running the open source mobile platform. Currently, the TI Company is the only company demonstrating Android in the world. Others included Free scale, Marvell, NEC Electronics, and also Qualcomm.
